WasaParking operates two large parking garages in the center of Vaasa: Teatteriparkki (Asemakatu 12) and Tammipiha (Pitkäkatu 27–29). Welcome to park!
Teatteriparkki
Park your car in our warm, underground Teatteriparkki! This parking garage has over 400 spaces and is open every day, all year round.

You can park in our parking garages at an affordable price of one euro per hour during all opening hours.
Contract parking
Make a monthly contract and park anytime – even outside the garages’ opening hours!
Electric car charging
In our parking garages, you can charge your car at both 11 kW charging stations and high-power charging stations.
Heating poles
Tammipiha has a total of 42 heating poles. The underground Teatteriparkki is always warm.
Covered parking spaces
Tammipiha has 85 covered parking spaces. Teatteriparkki is fully covered.
Quick mobile payment
In our parking garages, you can pay with various mobile apps. In Tammipiha, there is also the option for card and cash payments.

Easy to pay with mobile
In both Teatteriparkki and Tammipiha, you can conveniently pay using the eParking or EasyPark mobile app. ParkMan app is also accepted at Teatteriparkki, while card and cash payments are available at Tammipiha as additional payment methods.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. In both Teatteriparkki and Tammipiha, parking always costs 1 €/h regardless of the day and time.
Teatteriparkki is open every day from 05:00 to 24:00. Tammipiha is open on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 14:00. If you have a monthly contract, you can use the parking garage outside of opening hours as well. When the doors are closed, Teatteriparkki can be accessed using the eParking app, and Tammipiha with a key tag.
No. In Teatteriparkki and Tammipiha, there are no numbered or otherwise predetermined parking spaces for contract customers.
In the Tammipiha parking garage, the charging stations are used via the eParking app. In Teatteriparkki, charging is possible with, for example, the Virta app.
There is no license plate recognition system in either Teatteriparkki or Tammipiha.
In the Tammipiha parking garage, there are 42 heating poles on the 2nd floor. The underground Teatteriparkki is completely heated.
Both Teatteriparkki and Tammipiha have one accessible parking space. In Tammipiha, you can park in the accessible space with a parking card for people with reduced mobility. To obtain a parking permit for Teatteriparkki’s accessible space, please contact eParking’s customer service: tel. 034 108 9272 (weekdays from 7 am to 6 pm), info@eparking.fi.
